- Accurately process payroll for employees and subcontractors, ensuring timely payments
- Handle statutory payments, pension auto?enrolment, and RTI/FPS submissions
- Maintain clear communication on payroll inquiries (tax, administration, timesheets)
- Support invoicing for agency clients and manage related receipts
- Keep internal teams updated on payment statuses and agency invoices
- Assist with ad?hoc administrative tasks as needed
- Some payroll experience (even 6–12 months is fine)
- Sharp attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Confidence discussing payroll/tax queries with stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A true team player who can prioritise under pressure
