- Booking in customer vehicles and scheduling workshop activity
- Keeping customers informed on repair progress, authorisations, and costs
- Liaising with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow
- Providing a seamless customer journey, from enquiry through to vehicle handover
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor (HGV, Van, or Car)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate with good organisational skills
- A positive, professional, and proactive approach
