
Call Centre Advisor, Mansfield

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm during training
- Once trained: 8:00am - 4:00pm OR 10:00am - 6:00pm (rotating shifts)
- Saturday rota: 1 in 7, 9:00am - 1:00pm
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding insurance claims
- Manage and progress claims from start to finish
- Provide excellent customer support and build strong rapport
- Complete accurate data entry and general administration tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients
- Remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong background in customer service
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Team player with a proactive and supportive attitude
- Previous experience in insurance or claims handling
- Experience in a call centre or fast-paced customer service role
- Knowledge of property or insurance-related queries
