- Manage and maintain document control systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Upload, track, and distribute project documents using Procore.
- Ensure documents are correctly stored and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Support project teams by maintaining compliance with document control standards.
- Assist in preparing reports and updating project documentation workflows.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline document processes.
- Several years’ experience in a similar Document Controller role.
- Strong understanding of Procore and document management systems.
- Experience working within high-end residential construction is preferable but not essential.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of documentation.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
