The successful candidate will be responsible for responsible for managing all aspects of document control on Schindler projects in various customer's document control platforms. This is a permanent and full-time role.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure all the documents are correctly transmitted between all the stakeholders within Schindler and the customer
- Responsible for providing the best administrative support to the NI/MOD Sales & Fulfilment departments in the Region
- Ensure compliance with the Fulfilment Plus Process
- Completion of PQQ (Pre-Qualification Questionnaire) to support the Sales Team
- Support in renewing and maintaining business related accreditation and certificates required for conducting NI and MOD businesses in UK and Ireland (from tender stage to handover)
- Possess a customer centric approach when providing support to internal and external customers
- Proactively manage the document control mailbox
- Manage all aspects of document control, including but not limited to: Document upload / download to project websites
- Define protocols based on customer specifications
- Liaise with Schindler Sales Team, Project Managers, Engineering Team and clients (internal and external) to ensure that documentation is issued within the specified time and format
- Create and submit Site Folders, Handover documents, Owner and Maintenance Manuals and other owner documentation
- Create and submit Projects specific Technical Submittals and Deliverables
- Support in renewing and maintaining business related accreditation and certificates required for conducting NI and MOD businesses in UK and Ireland (from tender stage to handover)
- Provide support as necessary to the NI/MOD Administration team
- All employees are required to work in accordance with established Company Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current UK legal requirements and Schindler Group safety requirements.
- Employees must comply with Company Health & Safety requirements and set a personal example of safe behaviour.
- Employees will be required to contribute to the Company safety objectives, where necessary by maintaining/monitoring current safety systems under their direct control and implementing agreed changes (where applicable) to Schindler Ltd occupational health and safety management system
