Senior Residential Audio Visual Engineer

- Lead the installation and commissioning of complex residential AV systems
- Collaborate on system design, rack builds, and onsite integration
- Provide hands-on leadership to junior engineers and subcontractors
- Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and system layouts
- Carry out system testing and client handovers
- Apply basic programming to systems such as Control4, Crestron, or Savant
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently onsite
- Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and client satisfaction
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the residential AV sector
- Proficiency with AV systems such as Control4, Crestron, Savant, or Lutron
- Basic programming
- Strong understanding of home automation, distributed AV, networking, and lighting control
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Comfortable working on high-value projects with discretion and professionalism
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across London
