- Provide AV & media support for high-profile live & hybrid events
- Set up, configure & operate complex systems including LED walls, control systems & video switchers
- Pre-event testing & AV over IP configuration
- Technical consultation & expert troubleshooting for signal flow & system issues
- Provide live switching, remote caller management & multi-platform integration
- Manage AV room automation via Crestron, EXTRON, AMX, Q-SYS & Tesira systems
- Operate & program broadcast tools including Blackmagic ATEM, NewTek Tricaster
- Engage directly with internal clients, offering strategic setup guidance & operational support
- Execute flawless AV delivery across LED walls, video conferencing, hybrid meetings & digital signage
- Configure & operate Yamaha CL & QL series mixers, PTZ cameras, AMX/EXTRON/Creston automation
- Provide high-level AV over IP & HDBaseT system setup & control
- Implement advanced presentation & event switching with remote caller management
- Conduct daily room checks, testing & signal validation to ensure system readiness
- Provide expert-level AV diagnostics & component-level repair
- Troubleshoot DSPs (Q-SYS, Biamp, Tesira), control systems, codecs & AV networks
- Update firmware/software across all platforms & AV endpoints
- Own routing & configuration of Extron NAV, NewTek NDI, Dante & similar environments
- Provide in-room & remote AV support to senior stakeholders & event organisers
- Design AV system configurations & propose enhancements based on user needs
- Deliver tech walk-throughs & training to presenters & meeting hosts
- Collaborate across facilities, broadcast, engineering, & media teams
- Assist with commissioning & deployment of integrated AV systems in smart workspaces
- Support display/video wall integration, rack build, structured cabling & room control design
- Work with internal engineers & vendors on upgrades & system improvements
- Maintain schematics, diagrams, AV usage logs & operational documentation
- Track asset health, consumables & performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Document system configuration & changes for service continuity
- Contribute to SOP development, system design feedback, & post-event analysis
- Recommend infrastructure upgrades & integration of new cloud-based AV solutions
- Participate in regular AV infrastructure audits & innovation planning
- Ensure all AV activities align with H&S regulations & corporate compliance
- Apply secure data practices in executive environments
- Maintain physical AV environments to meet safety & cleanliness standards
- 5+ years' experience in Audio Visual Production or Corporate AV
- AVIXA CTS I or D certification
- Dante II certification (III preferred)
- Cisco, Polycom, T&berg VC systems (certifications desirable)
- Yamaha CL & QL-series mixers
- Blackmagic ATEM & NewTek Tricaster
- Panasonic PTZ cameras
- Q-Sys, Tesira, Biamp, Extron NAV, AMX NetLinx (configuration/programming)
- Proficiency in AV control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron)
- Experience with AV over IP (HDBaseT, NDI, NAV)
- LED & digital signage system experience (e.g. SiliconCore)
- Advanced signal flow & troubleshooting knowledge
- Control room & live event switching experience
- Strong client-facing skills & crisis management capability
- Media production or live event broadcasting background preferred
- Able to advise on AV system design, cloud migration, & integration with smart building tech
