- Act as the strategic lead and main point of contact for a portfolio of key clients.
- Oversee the delivery of brand and integrated marketing projects - from brief through to execution.
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital) to ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard.
- Provide strategic guidance and brand expertise to clients, helping shape and evolve their brand presence.
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships, adding value and spotting potential for additional projects.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resourcing for your accounts.
- Mentor and support junior members of the client services team.
- Proven experience in an agency environment, ideally at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level.
- Strong background in brand strategy, brand development, and campaign delivery.
- Experience working across a variety of sectors - comfortable adapting to different audiences and client types.
- Strong understanding of the creative and production process across digital and traditional channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised and commercially aware, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- A passion for brand, design, and big-picture thinking.
