The OpportunityI'm working with a highly respected independent branding agency in Leeds that's looking to appoint an experienced and strategically minded Account Director to lead client relationships and deliver outstanding brand-led work.This is an exciting opportunity for a senior agency professional who's passionate about branding, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and is looking to work across a varied mix of clients and sectors.You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and guiding both strategic brand projects and integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with talented creative and strategy teams in a supportive, ideas-led culture.The RoleAs Account Director, you'll be responsible for leading key client accounts, building strong, long-lasting relationships, and ensuring delivery of high-quality work that meets strategic objectives.You'll be working across a range of brand creation, brand refresh, positioning, and identity projects, as well as multi-channel marketing campaigns - spanning digital, content, print, and social.Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the strategic lead and main point of contact for a portfolio of key clients.
  • Oversee the delivery of brand and integrated marketing projects - from brief through to execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital) to ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard.
  • Provide strategic guidance and brand expertise to clients, helping shape and evolve their brand presence.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client relationships, adding value and spotting potential for additional projects.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resourcing for your accounts.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the client services team.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in an agency environment, ideally at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level.
  • Strong background in brand strategy, brand development, and campaign delivery.
  • Experience working across a variety of sectors - comfortable adapting to different audiences and client types.
  • Strong understanding of the creative and production process across digital and traditional channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised and commercially aware, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
  • A passion for brand, design, and big-picture thinking.
