- 5+ years' experience in a PR agency, with a strong corporate/B2B focus
- A proven track record in delivering strategic and tactical communications campaigns
- Exceptional writing, editing and media relations skills
- A solid understanding of integrated communications, including digital, social and SEO
- Demonstrated team management and leadership experience
- Strong commercial awareness and account management skills
- Confidence in building senior client relationships and offering trusted counsel
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines while staying detail-focused and results-driven
- Lead client strategy and execution across high-profile B2B and corporate accounts
- Deliver projects and campaigns on time and within budget
- Build lasting client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth
- Mentor, support and develop junior team members
- Actively participate in agency marketing, thought leadership and new business activity
- Contribute to the agency's own brand visibility through content and networking
- Keep up with news, trends and opportunities to ensure work remains current and impactful
