This is a fabulous opportunity to join an award winning and well known agency, where you will be expected to think outside of the box, developing and delivering effective creative brand communications campaigns for a range of well known and high profile national clients.This is a tight knit team, as Account Director you'll report into an agency Director and have support from a client services team as well as creative however you must be up for rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into deliver campaigns;
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in line with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide strategic direction to clients, helping them achieve their business goals.
  • Manage budgets and timelines to deliver campaigns within scope.
  • Identify new business opportunities and present proposals to potential clients.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

  • Experience in a similar client services role within a marketing / creative / brand agency
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to steer creative teams

  • Competitive salary in the range of £45000 to £55000 per annum, depending on experience
