  • Creates a high-performance culture to achieve operational KPIs, ensuring outstanding quality, service and spotlessly clean restaurants
  • Take full ownership of regional P&L and commercial performance and presents result to the Senior Leadership team on a regular basis
  • Set the strategic direction for your region and align teams behind a clear vision
  • Deliver operational excellence across dine-in, delivery and drive thru channels
  • Lead and develop a team of senior operations leaders
  • Works closely with HQ and senior stakeholders to shape and deliver operational plans that drive performance.
  • Be a champion of the Popeyes culture, creating a best-in-class people experience where teams thrive and guests feel the difference
  • Help build succession plans with the people team to help grow talent pipelines for new store openings and backfill for trading restaurants
  • Influence cross-functional teams and play a key role in national planning
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement efficiencies without compromising on quality
What You’ll Have Done:
  • Proven track record in a senior, multi-site operations leadership role in QSR or quick-service operations - this is important and we will proritize candidates with this.
  • Experience overseeing £50m+ turnover and large, distributed teams
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a focus on results
  • Inspirational leadership with high emotional intelligence
  • Strategic thinker who can operate at pace and lead through change
  • Passionate about people, food, culture and guest experience
