Are you ready to take the next step in your career with a company entering an exciting period of growth?Due to continued success and growth, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a Regional Director to lead and inspire our adult care services across a growing portfolio of homes within the North and West Yorkshire regions. This role carries full responsibility for the operational management and leadership of all adult care homes within the region, ensuring the highest quality of care and support in line with company policies, procedures, and CQC standards.The role also includes leading further growth and development, working closely with the Operations Director to set strategic aims for Bright Futures Care and drive the delivery of these initiatives.In this pivotal role, you will:
  • Lead and manage a team of Area Managers to ensure outstanding care and compliance with CQC standards.
  • Drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.
  • Champion quality, embedding robust KPIs and collaborating with our Quality Team.
  • Develop high-performing teams through effective recruitment, training, and development.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, families, and regulatory bodies.
  • Contribute to innovation, supporting our digital, ESG, and expansion strategies.
We’re looking for someone with:
  • Proven senior leadership experience in adult care services for people with learning disabilities, autism, and associated complex needs.
  • A deep understanding of learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
