Regional Childcare Director – Wraparound and Holiday ClubsLocation: Midlands & North (Regular travel to Birmingham and Manchester)Salary: £45–£50k plus performance bonus, mileage, and paid expensesFull-Time/Permanent Monday to Friday roleWe are pleased to be supporting one of the largest and fastest growing childcare organisations in the UK, who are looking for an exceptional individual to join their senior leadership team in a newly created Regional Director role.This is a highly commercial and quality driven role and the ideal candidate will need to be passionate about delivering high-quality provisions for children and families and understand the importance of the communities you serve, as well as have proven experience in growing provisions and bringing new opportunities into a business.Working alongside a hugely experienced SLT, your role will have full accountability for the creation of exciting wraparound and holiday club programmes and the responsibility to monitor performance, quality, and compliance of all settings from Birmingham to Manchester within the business.This role would likely suit an experienced Operations Manager or Regional Manager within the Childcare sector with experience of Learning and Development who is looking for their next step into a senior role, or even a company owner or franchisee who is looking for a more stable and exciting opportunity.The company offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

You will ideally bring:
At least 3 years experience at a regional level within a childcare, education, play-work, or enrichment programmes organisation
Strong commercial experience with extensive knowledge of developing business partnerships
A strong understanding of child development and experience designing or overseeing structured activities or educational programmes
Strong leadership and excellent motivational skills
A hands-on, high-accountability mindset with a focus on operational excellence
A passion for childcare and child development and knowledge of the childcare industry, including safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
Willingness to travel regularly between sites and work flexibly around setting hours
