- Receive purchase orders via email or portal and key orders into SAP.
- Drop orders for processing.
- Complete new customer account application forms.
- Investigate shortages, damages, and non-compliance charges, raising the credit request form.
- Complete forms and request product images from marketing.
- Liaise with counterparts for product and technical support.
- Deal with queries and requests from customers by email and telephone.
- Request delivery slots by email, telephone, and customer portals.
- Liaise with logistics partners.
- Order samples and maintain the stock list.
- Source stock for sample requests and update the sample request form.
- Update packaging instructions in the Excel database.
- Producing and reviewing product information for marketing.
- Regular monitoring of competitor websites for data accuracy and content availability.
- Maintaining UK image database and sending to customers as they are requested.
- Provide cover for other members of the team during holidays/sickness.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as requested.
- Strong administrative skills with previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Flexibility to provide cover during holidays/sickness.
