- Essential Criteria
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Evidence of post-registration clinical training or leadership development Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in community or primary care
- Proven experience in clinical leadership, care coordination, or Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing complex cases
- Skills & Knowledge: Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Ability to triage care concerns and implement early interventions Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and CQC standards Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
