- Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage, mentor and develop a team of Inside Sales Reps to exceed sales and growth targets across B2B customer accounts.
- Sales Insights & Reporting: Leverage Excel and Power BI to monitor performance, analyse sales trends, and identify skill gaps or opportunity areas.
- Revenue Growth: Spot commercial opportunities across the team’s account base, drive upsell/cross-sell motions, and create structured sales plans.
- Strategic Execution: Work closely with the Senior Director to implement tactical plans aligned to business goals and the 13-period commercial calendar.
- Customer Engagement: Support account strategy, including QBRs and strategic deal development, ensuring reps position the right BHN product for every use case.
- Process & Efficiency: Drive best practices in pipeline hygiene, CRM use (Salesforce), and sales operations. Implement process improvements to optimise performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Enablement, and Product to roll out campaigns and provide feedback on market needs.
- Proven experience in sales team leadership, ideally within prepaid, rewards, or tech-driven B2B industries.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence in Excel, reporting tools (e.g. Power BI), and using data to inform strategy and coaching.
- Comfortable interrogating numbers to find root causes and growth levers.
- Exceptional coaching ability, especially for developing inside sales and early-career reps.
- Ability to build a strong culture of accountability, positivity, and results.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
