This hands-on visible role acts as the friendly first point of contact while supporting smooth daily operations.You will manage resident enquiries, coordinate maintenance requests, support events, and help maintain a safe welcoming environment.   • Assist with the delivery of day-to-day resident services across a large residential building
  • Act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Support the coordination of maintenance and repair requests to keep the building running smoothly
  • Help maintain health and safety standards through regular inspections and reporting
  • Support community engagement through assisting with resident events and communications
  • Work closely with onsite teams and external contractors to enhance the resident experience
Your Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within BTR, PBSA or Hotel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety compliance and property operations
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and support others when needed
  • Comfortable using property management or customer service software systems
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering great service
