As Assistant Resident Services Manager you will provide an outstanding onsite lettings and customer service experience at a vibrant residential community. As the first point of contact for residents and prospective tenants, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent engagement across the site.Location: LeedsWorking Hours: 37.5 hours per week — Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pmSalary: Up to £32,000 per annum + discretionary annual bonusKey Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, contractors and all stakeholders.
  • Manage all applicant enquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Conduct viewings and progress applications through to offer stage.
  • Liaise with referencing providers and applicants to progress applications efficiently.
  • Manage the lettings tracker from application to tenant move in.
  • Complete check-in and check-out reports via our inventory system.
  • Manage renewals and collect data on non-renewals.
  • Report on lettings progress and general matters in weekly client meetings.
  • Process deposit returns and manage any disputes in line with DPS requirements.
  • Carry out regular competitor analysis and market research.
  • Maintain regular and engaging communication with residents (e.g. email newsletters, Instagram).
  • Assist with organising resident events and fostering community engagement.
  • Act as first point of contact for maintenance issues.
  • Support site-wide block management and coordinate reactive repairs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in residential property or estate agency.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Confident, warm communicator — both written and verbal.
  • Positive, people-first approach with a can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in IT; social media skills preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
  • Friendly, adaptable, and a great team player.
  • Highly organised with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Creative and enthusiastic about improving the resident experience.
