You’ll work on a wide range of commercial agreements, regulatory matters, and internal legal projects—all while leveraging the latest in legal tech and AI.Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including software licences and supplier agreements.
- Lead and support legal innovation projects that enhance efficiency and add strategic value.
- Develop and maintain internal legal templates, guidance, and playbooks.
- Advise on compliance and regulatory issues, including data protection and AML.
- Provide practical legal advice to stakeholders across the business.
- Monitor legal and technological developments and drive best practices.
- Qualified solicitor (Scotland and/or England & Wales) with 1–4 years’ PQE.
- Strong interest in legal technology, AI, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
- Experience in a professional services or regulated environment is a plus.
