- Empower Our People: Deliver practical, actionable advice to partners, lawyers, and business teams, supporting their success and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor legal and technological developments, sharing insights and driving the adoption of innovative practices across the firm.
- Qualified solicitor (Scotland and/or England & Wales) with 1-4 years' post-qualification experience.
- A passion for technology, with a keen interest in legal tech, AI, and project management—and a desire to use these skills to transform the way legal services are delivered.
- A creative, solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and propose new ways of working.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive, energetic approach to problem-solving.
- An enthusiasm for internal legal advisory work within a professional services or regulated environment.
