Focused on an exclusive approach, this role will utilizing the client demand across various divisions across Renewables industry in the UK & Ireland.We're looking for a senior+ recruitment consultant (industry experienced) recruiter, who ideally has experience of starting, developing or establishing a market. The position is based in our Bristol office, whether you are in Bristol or interested in relocating, we have a full WFH flex for individual contributors. In this position, you will be joining an established team of 5, led by our current Manager of the Year in Bristol + Consultant's Consultant (back-to-back), alongside 'Best newcomer' - turned BD superhero & other 3 colleagues that have been promoted at least once this year already!What's in it for you?
  • Competitive base salary £30,000 - £45,000 (negotiable depending on industry experience) with uncapped commission up to 40% with half & full year bonuses.
