  • As a Recruitment Consultant you will play a key role indelivering tailored talent solutions while promoting our brand and full suite of services.
  • You'll drive growth through proactive business development - generating recruitment opportunities, expanding your professional network, and building a strong talent pipeline.
  • On the candidate side, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial pre-screening, interviews and feedback to the finalisation of placements and aftercare.
  • You'll maintain and grow existing client relationships. You'll gain a deep understanding of client needs, provide strategic recruitment advice, and manage the full hiring process: presenting profiles, arranging interviews, supporting the offer process and ensuring post-placement satisfaction.
