Construction ConsultancyI'm partnering with a dynamic, independent construction consultancy who are looking for a newly qualified Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. - Contract administration (across JCT, NEC, GC Works, PPC 2000)
- Cost planning, estimating, and material costings
- Preparing tender/contract documents (SoWs, BoQs, procurement exercises)
- Measurement (manual and CAD)
- Reinstatement cost assessments
- Supporting clients in getting the best value from their assets
- A newly qualified Quantity Surveyor (MRICS or on the journey)
- Cost consultancy experience in commercial, residential, and retail projects
- Strong commercial awareness with attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can build client relationships
- A team player eager to take ownership and grow quickly
