
Supply Chain / Planning Associate

- Manage customer communications, including calls and emails, in collaboration with an external call centre service provider.
- Liaise directly with sales teams to provide support and ensure seamless operations.
- Process supply orders and handle related administrative tasks.
- Resolve payment disputes and provide first-line support for payment and accounting administration.
- Generate, review, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports using tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, and Excel.
- Conduct data analysis to monitor sales trends and make informed supply decisions.
- Contribute to improvement projects aimed at optimizing the distribution of medicines across the UK.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Basic proficiency in Excel; training will be provided for other analytical tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work full-time, Monday to Friday, in an office-based setting.
