- Manage all aspects of the planning tools to facilitate maintaining an average against the promise of lead time across the business
- Support production cost reduction initiatives through continuous improvement tools investigating and implementing ways of improving productivity
- Manage all aspects of new enquiry costs through the NPI system and providing a formal estimate
- Control all released jobs
- Forge excellent client relationships
- Work closely with other departments within the business
- Work within customer driven timescales for the delivery of the business commitments
- Maintain the companies document traceability in line with the standards established
- Good commercial awareness
- Self starter with good time management
- Background in production planning, project management and finance
- Good MS Office skills
- Working knowledge of export and shipping procedures
- Team player
