We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate candidate to deliver our nutrition goals across this partnership.   • Work closely with the Sustainability & Nutrition Lead, UK&I F&B teams, and key stakeholders in the implementation and communication of the strategy
  • Data inputting and work in recipe management system (Nutritics) and carbon labelling system (Foodsteps)
  • Develop recipes that are good for people and planet alongside UK F&B teams
  • Review products for nutritional content
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Support Marketing Manager in nutrition and wellness communications
  • Support Sustainability & Nutrition Lead in delivering training and education to a network of Sustainable Nutrition Champions
  • Devise onsite activities (e.g., supplier pop-ups, workshops, masterclasses) to support customer engagement with nutrition and wellness
  • Work with all departments to ensure our compliance to upcoming relevant legislations
  • Travel on occasion to client locations across the UK&I
Qualifications
  • BSc degree in Nutrition or Public Health
  • Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition (AfN)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience
  • Passionate about nutrition and sustainability
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness as well as nutrition/technical knowledge
  • Experience working within the food and hospitality sector preferred
