Full-time, Permanent | £33,000-£36,000 + Excellent BenefitsWe're working with a leading Belfast law firm experiencing continued growth in its litigation practice. They are now seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their respected team.This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor at the start of their career to gain hands-on experience in plaintiff litigation, with a focus on Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and personal injury (PI) cases, within a supportive and well-structured environment.What you'll be doing:
- Managing your own files (with full supervision and guidance) across RTA and personal injury matters
- Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Liaising with clients, insurers, and medical experts
- Negotiating settlements and progressing cases efficiently
- Working closely with experienced colleagues to develop your litigation skills
- Newly Qualified Solicitor (or qualifying this year)
- Some litigation experience from your training contract (RTA or PI desirable, but not essential)
- Strong communication and client care skills
- A proactive, detail-focused approach with a willingness to learn
- £33,000-£36,000 salary plus excellent benefits
