This hands-on position offers a broad range of work, including:
- Advising on TUPE, redundancy procedures, and other employment-related aspects of corporate transactions
- Supporting large-scale restructuring, policy reviews, and compliance projects involving multiple jurisdictions
- Handling Employment Tribunal claims such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing
- Drafting contractual provisions, policies, and settlement agreements
- Conducting investigations into grievances and whistleblowing concerns
- Managing data subject access requests and advising on data privacy matters
- Qualified (or qualifying) Solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
- Strong foundation in employment law gained through a leading firm or robust training seat
- Commercially minded, collaborative, and skilled in client relationship building
