- Developing a strong understanding of our product portfolio, particularly Tarmac Aggregates and Asphalt
- Handling inbound sales enquiries via phone and email, converting them into confirmed orders
- Delivering excellent customer service with a professional and friendly telephone manner
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Identifying and responding to customer needs with tailored solutions
- Upholding and promoting the company's core values
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Engaging with customers to gain deeper insight into their requirements
- Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- A collaborative mindset, working effectively with colleagues to meet deadlines and maintain high standards
- A positive attitude and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
- A proactive approach to learning and personal development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Effective problem-solving abilities
