- Support learning across Key Stage 1 and/or 2
- Deliver targeted one-to-one and small group interventions
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Support pupils with diverse learning needs, including SEN
- Contribute to wider school life, including clubs and events
- A 2:1 or higher degree from a Russell Group university (education, English, maths, science or related fields preferred)
- A strong interest in teaching and child development
- Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
- A proactive, professional, and flexible attitude
- Experience with children (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is a plus
- A supportive, inclusive learning environment
- Mentoring from experienced educators
