- Assisting with phonics, early literacy, numeracy and topic-based learning
- Supporting children with additional needs (SEN, EAL or behavioural)
- Collaborating with teachers to prepare resources and track progress
- Educated to degree level (2:1 or higher is ideal)
- Enthusiastic about working with children and considering a long-term role in education
- Confident, reliable and proactive in supporting learning
- Familiar with UK primary school settings (or open to learning quickly)
- Experience with children – tutoring, coaching, mentoring or volunteering – is a big plus
