Salary: CompetitiveA leading international law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to support their Disputes practice, including International Arbitration, Public International Law, and Construction & Infrastructure Disputes. This strategic role also includes global responsibilities and client relationship management for a key account.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BD plans aligned with practice and global strategy
- Lead pitches, proposals, and directory submissions
- Manage client relationship activity and targeting initiatives
- Drive profile-raising campaigns and thought leadership
- Collaborate across global BD teams and practice groups
- Mentor junior team members and manage BD systems and budgets
- 5+ years' BD/marketing experience in professional services (disputes/law firm preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing platforms beneficial
