- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from finance stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Map and review finance processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with project managers, IT, and finance teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Support testing activities by preparing test cases and coordinating user acceptance testing.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and validate requirements.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation in line with Aggreko’s standards and store appropriately on SharePoint.
- Strong Business Analysis experience, preferably with a finance focus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and testing support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and business analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
