- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Data Analysis: Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Solution Design: Develop and propose solutions that address business needs and align with organizational goals.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
- Testing and Validation: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Project Support: Provide support throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to post-implementation review.
- Training: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Experience: Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of experience in business analysis or a similar role, preferably working within a financial field or project.
