Start: ImmediateWe're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Worker to work for a Social Housing Client in Mancheste. You will be working on a mix of refurbishment, maintenance, and repair projects within social housing. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same - from 1st fix stud walling to installing kitchens and bathrooms.Key Requirements:*Proven social housing experience
*NVQ Level 2 in any trade
*Valid UK driving licence (max 6 points)
*Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Asbestos Awarness (Preferred)
*Carry out plumbing, plastering, tiling, groundworks and other general maintenance duties.
*Deliver high-quality work on both void and tenanted properties
*Work safely and efficiently, in line with health and safety regulations
