- Ensuring that all our members and guests feel supported during their event enquiry process
- Ensuring that we meet, deliver and exceed all their expectations
- Complete day to day administrative tasks to ensure the event enquiries are kept up to date, and the diary is being yielded to maximise bookings
- Coordinate the required logistics of small events including such elements as event timings, equipment needed, and personally liaising directly with the lead booker to ensure all questions are answered
- Working closely with the reception, floor staff, and all operational team members to ensure that all key stakeholders are aware of every booking's needs and requirements
- Preparing function sheets by utilising the events booking system, TripleSeat, and ensure these are distributed to the relevant operational teams.
- Work very closely with the rest of the events team as a strong unit with the opportunity to support on larger events
- Support the event coordinator by assisting them with daily admin jobs
- Confidently talk through all your events to heads of departments in the weekly events meetings and daily morning briefs to ensure all details are understood and covered
- Liaising with all UK Soho Houses that book events, to cross sell spaces and work towards an overall UK budget
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar role within a hospitality venue
- Previous experience using Tripleseat or Collins data base
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency
