Ensure the stationary cupboard is replenishedSort through and distribute post for the departmentKeep lawyers list and management contact lists up-to-dateOrder and distribute concert tickets for the departmentMaintain filing of original documents and ensure these are easily retrievable, ensure electronic agreements are filed in the shared drive and / or passed on to the relevant member of the teamGeneral ad hoc duties as requiredManage and co-ordinate the execution of legal documents.
