- Manage the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable People Operations initiatives
- Design and implement transactional processes Ensure compliance with country-specific employment legislation and internal policies.
- Provide expert advice on People-related matters, including employee relations, country specific legislation and key People administrative matters.
- Supervise the execution of employee life-cycle processes (onboarding, promotions, role changes, offboarding etc.).
- Guide and supervise our People Advisors, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar People Operations role, ideally within a pan-European context.
- Strong understanding of core HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management.
- Proven knowledge of European employment legislation and People practices.
- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Proficient in HRIS and case management systems; experience with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and UKG is desirable.
