- Assist in the day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other platforms as needed.
- Support campaign management within social Ads Managers-primarily Meta-including audience targeting, creative rotation, budget allocation, and monitoring performance.
- Support performance monitoring and contribute to data-driven optimizations to help improve campaign outcomes and meet KPIs.
- Maintain visibility of paid social topline priorities, ensuring internal teams are aligned on campaign goals, timelines, and deliverable requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief and review ad assets, ensuring alignment with platform best practices.
- Conduct competitor and audience research to inform campaign strategy and targeting.
- Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and emerging trends in paid social advertising.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
- Basic understanding of paid media metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
- Familiarity with pixel tracking, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking setup.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy individual with an appetite to learn and grow within a performance-driven marketing team. Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other paid social platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads).
- Familiarity with pixel tracking, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking setup.
- Experience working in e-commerce, fashion, beauty, or DTC brands is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
- Creative thinking and willingness to test and iterate on new campaign ideas and overall Paid Social strategy
