This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops account strategy in partnership with client and Paid Social Director and is accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIsResponsible for the operational success of accounts, ensures deliverables are met on time and on budgetOwns and manages the client strategy and plans key campaign efficienciesManages all day-to-day efforts and is the primary day-to-day SME voice to the clientPlans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with the Account DirectorsBuilds strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teamsKey SkillsStrong experience managing and planning paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environmentProficiency in managing and planning campaigns across various paid social platforms, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and PinterestStrong understanding of paid social principles, best practices, and industry trendsExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisionsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teamsProven track record of delivering successful paid social campaigns and achieving key performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA)Desired experience with marketing partners, such as SmartlyWhat we offerThis is a permanent role on a hybrid working basis.
