- Develop and manage end-to-end paid social campaigns, from strategy to execution.
- Be the client's trusted advisor, building strong relationships and ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Work closely with internal teams including creative, strategy, and analytics to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
- Monitor, report on, and optimise campaign performance, using data to inform decisions and spot opportunities.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends, bringing innovation to your work.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in paid social advertising, ideally within an agency environment.
- Solid understanding of platform tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.) and paid social best practices.
- Proven experience managing campaigns for large-scale or high-profile clients, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
- Strong client-facing skills with the confidence to lead calls, present strategies, and own performance discussions.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
