We are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the firm's busy property team. The role will focus on residential conveyancing, working closely with senior solicitors to learn and manage transactions from instruction to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ to build a solid foundation in conveyancing with the backing of an experienced and approachable team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with and managing residential conveyancing transactionsDrafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents under supervisionLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third partiesMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standardsProviding excellent client service and clear communication throughout the processRequirementsNewly Qualified Solicitor or due to qualify shortlyStrong interest in residential conveyancing and property lawExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication and client care skillsEagerness to learn and develop within a supportive team environmentBenefitsStarting salary £35,000 + bonusPrivate health insuranceExcellent annual leave allowanceOn-site parkingStructured training and mentoring from experienced conveyancers
