Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the role will be front and centre working with all elements of the business, but most closely with our delivery teams● With the Commercial Director to understand the strategic direction of the company● With the Business Development Lead to understand upcoming new projects and requirements● With Creative Directors to understand skills required on projects from both a short-term and long-term strategic resourcing perspective● With the finance team to understand financial targets, budgets and to collect and make use of performance data.● With the Account Managers to understand project requirements and client requests● Manage resourcing, including leading resourcing meetings and ensuring Resourcing tool is kept up to date by the Account Managers● Lead strategic resourcing, including ownership of the project leadership dashboard● Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure services meet standards.● Report on and achieve utilisation targets.● Supporting the Commercial Director and Finance Director in managing data for project performance in real-time● Work with P&W to ensure recruitment is informed by project needs● Manage and maintain the freelance roster.● Manage, and set up where necessary, internal systems that allow teams to perform better and more efficientlyGreat opportunity to work for a creative consultancyLots of career progression longer termYou will:
  • Have worked in a Project Management or Operational Management role for a Consultancy. Ideally it would be a creative consultancy.

The client is an international award-winning, multi-disciplinary consultancy£50,000 - £55,000 (depending on the candidate)
