This roving Operations Manager role spans an allocated portfolio, ensuring the right people, plant, and processes are in place to deliver excellence in safety, quality, and productivity.You'll drive initiatives to strengthen workforce competence, manage resourcing risks, and optimise productivity. Working closely with project and commercial leaders, you'll oversee plant and equipment utilisation, enforce project start-up standards, mentor supervisors, and ensure lessons learned are embedded across the business.You will bring:
  • Proven leadership in multi-project operational management within construction
  • Strong background in workforce planning, productivity improvement, and plant/equipment oversight
  • Ability to mentor and develop supervisory teams while ensuring compliance and safety standards
