- Draft, review and negotiate asset management documents including leases, licences, variations and surrenders, extensions, consents and other property documents
- Support the management of leases tracking key dates, handling renewals and terminations, and maintaining compliance with lease terms
- Assist with due diligence for property transactions, collecting and organising documents to facilitate risk assessment and compliance reviews
- Support the wider client service team in ensuring compliance across client's asset management portfolio
- Maintain organised matter management, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for client team and client's use
- Provide informal support to junior paralegals, sharing knowledge and helping develop best practices in document handling and portfolio asset management
- Act as a liaison within the client service team and client's in-house legal, estates and operational team helping to facilitate excellent communication and document flow as required
- Previous Paralegal experience or equivalent specialising in property asset management
- Experience of working in a large commercial law firm and understanding of the levels of service delivery required
- Experience in using legal technology solutions and platforms to deliver excellent client service
