
Senior Paralegal - Real Estate Finance

- Working independently and managing your own caseload which includes drafting enquiries, letters, emails and other correspondence
- Reviewing title and accompanying legal documents
- Preparing reports on title
- Drafting security documents
- Various legal research
- Drafting redemption documents such as DS1s and deed of releases
- Acting as a role model and supervising more junior staff within the team when required
- Dealing with all relevant duties in relation to completions and registration at Companies House and the Land Registry.
- Dealing with clients and firms of solicitors in a professional manner and maintaining close contact
- Previous experience in a Real Estate fee earning role (exposure to conventional lending work a huge bonus)
- Experience in drafting reports on title.
- Technical and legal knowledge of conveyancing and commercial property
- Experience dealing with a high volume caseload gained within a fast paced commercial property environment
- Experience of using case management systems
- Drive, enthusiasm, commitment and a team player approach
