
Litigation Paralegal

- Conduct legal research, initial case assessments and pre-claim investigations
- Draft legal documents including pleadings and statements of case; prepare and file pre-issue documentation with the court
- Organise case files, manage deadlines and carry out general administrative duties
- Prepare and collate exhibits, documents, evidence and legal briefs
- Source and gather relevant information to support case development
- Liaise professionally with clients, colleagues and third parties
- Assist senior solicitors on more complex claims
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar legal support role (desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- A discreet and professional approach when handling sensitive information
- Excellent organisational skills with a methodical work style
- A self-motivated attitude and a genuine interest in litigation
