The Brand Manager will develop and deliver an integrated marketing strategy, building awareness, loyalty and footfall across both physical stores and digital channels.Role Highlights
- Deliver omni-channel brand campaigns spanning in-store POS, digital, social, PR and events
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of two, ensuring output is creative, on-brand and effective
- Use insight and research to understand customer behaviours and shape marketing plans
- Manage agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Track ROI, KPIs and budget performance, ensuring campaigns drive measurable results
- You Will Need – Proven experience developing and executing brand marketing strategies, ideally in retail or fashion
- Strong grasp of omni-channel marketing, digital and social media
- Leadership skills to guide and inspire a high-performing team
- Analytical ability to translate data and insight into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, confident presenting to senior stakeholders
- Up to £55,000k base salary plus car OR car allowance and a great benefits package
