- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

- Assist the class teacher in delivering effective lessons.
- Provide 1:1 or small group interventions.
- Support students with literacy and numeracy.
- Help manage classroom behaviour.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and report student progress to teachers and the SENCO.
- Prepare resources and materials for lessons.
- Support students emotionally and socially.
- Supervise students during break or lunchtime as needed.
