  • A minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with varying needs.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of lesson materials and classroom activities.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and implement effective teaching strategies.
  • Assist with the supervision of students during breaks and school trips.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Liaise with parents and other staff members to ensure student well-being.
  • Help to create and display educational resources.
  • Undertake administrative tasks as required by the teaching staff.
